When you use the site or apply for finance we may collect: your name, role, work email, and phone number; details about your business, such as its name, type, time trading, and turnover; details of the finance you are looking for, such as the amount, purpose, and term; and technical information about your visit, such as your IP address and browser type.

We use this information to run the service: to prepare and pass your application to lenders, to show you the options that come back, to respond to your questions, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

We process your information because it is needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving the service, because the law requires it, or because you have given consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share application details with the lenders considering your application. Once a lender receives your information it handles it under its own privacy notice. Checking your options starts with a soft search, which does not affect your credit score. If you go ahead with a lender, that lender may run its own checks before issuing final terms. The lender will tell you before it does.
